No. Most guard software charges $5 to $29 per guard every month, so your bill grows every time you hire. GuardChek plans are a flat monthly price for your whole team. You only move up a tier when your company grows past its guard cap.
Is my company's data separate from other customers?
Yes, completely. Every customer gets their own private copy with its own database. Your guards, clients and reports never share a system with anyone else's.
Do my guards need special hardware?
No. Guards use the GuardChek app on their own phones (iPhone or Android). Checkpoints are inexpensive NFC tags scanned with the guard's own phone, and we help you plan tag placement during onboarding. No wands or proprietary devices.
How long does setup take?
Most companies are running their first shifts within days. We load your sites, guards, clients and schedules for you as part of the setup fee.
What happens if a guard's phone loses signal?
The app keeps working and syncs when coverage returns. And if a guard goes silent too long, the office gets an automatic alert.
Can my clients see anything?
Yes. Each client gets a portal login with their own dashboard: schedule, reports, invoices, coverage requests and emergency contacts. You control exactly what they see.
